Operations first
Every feature in AdunniTrak is designed from the perspective of the person on the plant floor — not the IT department or the boardroom.

AdunniTrak is an AI-powered operational intelligence platform connecting operations, maintenance, reliability, inventory and workforce — configured around each client's requirements, workflows, equipment structure and operational terminology.
We partner with industrial organisations to eliminate the gap between data and decision — turning operational activity into clarity, compliance and continuous improvement.
Our mission
Industrial operations generate vast amounts of data — from work orders and maintenance logs to equipment readings and inventory movements. Yet most operational teams still work from spreadsheets, whiteboards and disconnected records. The result is avoidable downtime, compliance gaps and decisions made on incomplete information.
AdunniTrak was built to close that gap. We configure our platform around each client's specific equipment, workflows and terminology — so the system works the way your teams work, not the other way around.
From refineries and power plants to manufacturing facilities and utilities — we help operations teams in Africa and beyond gain the real-time visibility and structured intelligence they need to run efficiently, reliably and safely.
Where data meets diligence. We believe that operational excellence is not a luxury — it is what keeps people safe, assets productive and businesses viable. That belief drives every decision we make about our platform.

Adunni is a name rooted in the Yoruba language and cultural tradition. For us, the name represents the idea of bringing value. It reflects our purpose: helping industrial organisations create greater visibility, structure, accountability and intelligence from the operational information generated across their facilities.
"Trak" reflects the platform's role in capturing and connecting operational activity over time from production and downtime to maintenance, reliability, inventory and workforce action.
AdunniTrak — where data meets diligence.
From an observed problem to a connected platform
At 5:30 a.m., illegible handwritten handover notes left a team uncertain about an unresolved operational issue. Approximately two and a half hours of unnecessary downtime inspired the idea for clearer digital records and better shift communication.
The digital handover initiative becomes AdunniTrak, giving the developing solution a distinct identity.
The initiative grows beyond shift handovers to include structured workflows, reporting and broader operational coverage.
Industry research and continued operational experience reinforce the need for a purpose-built operational intelligence platform.
AdunniTrak is rebuilt using Google AppSheet to support digital data capture and connected operational workflows.
Founder Agboola Shonekan earns the Certified Engineering Technician (C.Tech.) designation following OACETT’s acceptance of his technical report on production tracking and shift communication.
AdunniTrak evolves into a unified operational intelligence platform connecting operations, maintenance, reliability, inventory and reporting.
AdunniTrak Solutions Inc. is incorporated in Canada, establishing the business’s Canadian corporate entity.
AI capabilities are added to help teams explore operational history, access relevant knowledge and support informed decisions.
AdunniTrak Solutions Nigeria Limited is incorporated in Nigeria, marking another milestone in the company's expansion. The team continues adapting the platform's workflows and configurations to meet the operational requirements of diverse industrial facilities.
Our product philosophy
Industrial facilities differ in their equipment, workflows, priorities, terminology, responsibilities and operating conditions. Our approach is to understand those differences and configure AdunniTrak around the client's operational environment.
Every feature in AdunniTrak is designed from the perspective of the person on the plant floor — not the IT department or the boardroom.
We configure our platform around your terminology, workflows and equipment hierarchy. No lengthy software development cycles, no generic bolt-ons.
We build audit trails into everything. Every record, every action, every reading — time-stamped, attributed and immutable.
AdunniTrak surfaces patterns, anomalies and risks — not just tables and charts. Our AI layer is built to prompt better decisions, not just generate more reports.
Low-bandwidth mode, offline capability, and Naira billing — we engineer for the reality of Nigerian and West African industrial infrastructure.
No hidden fees. No lock-in. No black-box algorithms. We believe our clients should always understand exactly what they are paying for and why.
“The objective is not to force an organisation to abandon the practical knowledge that makes its operation unique. The objective is to connect that knowledge, make it accessible to authorised teams and strengthen how operational decisions are supported.”
To help industrial organisations connect operational activity, coordinate accountable work, strengthen reliability and preserve organisational knowledge through configurable operational intelligence.
To become a trusted industrial operational intelligence platform that helps organisations transform daily activity into connected insight, lasting knowledge and continuous operational improvement.
We begin with the realities of the operating environment. Technology must reflect how equipment, people, responsibilities and workflows function in practice.
We use technology and AI to support visibility, investigation, learning, reporting and decision-making while respecting professional judgement, safety requirements and authorised approval controls.
We work with clients and industrial teams to understand their requirements, validate the platform within their environment and improve it as operational needs evolve.
A message from the founder
Working within plant operations gave me a close view of how much valuable knowledge exists in operators, technicians, supervisors and engineering teams.
That knowledge is built over years of observing equipment behaviour, responding to failures, completing repairs, managing production pressures and finding practical ways to keep operations moving. Yet much of it may remain within conversations, handwritten notes, personal experience and disconnected records.
When information is not connected, teams can struggle to understand what happened, what action was taken, what was learned and how a similar incident should be addressed in the future. When experienced employees retire, transfer or leave, important operational knowledge can also leave with them.
AdunniTrak was created to help address this challenge — not by replacing the experience and judgement of industrial professionals, but by giving them a connected system in which operational activity, decisions and confirmed learning can be captured, shared and retained.

"Industrial technology should adapt to the way organisations operate — not require organisations to adapt to the technology."
