Engineering and industrial operations professional with hands-on experience working within plant operations environments.

With a background in civil engineering, operational workflow observation, and industrial process improvement, he developed AdunniTrak to help industrial teams improve coordination, visibility, maintenance response, reliability tracking, and operational decision-making.

His direct experience working within plant environments provided firsthand insight into the operational gaps created by disconnected records, manual workflows, and knowledge dependency across shifts and teams.

My Why

Working in plant operations gave me a close view of how much critical operational knowledge exists within people, conversations, and experience rather than inside connected systems.

In many industrial environments, experienced operators, technicians, and supervisors develop deep knowledge of equipment behavior, recurring issues, temporary workarounds, and operational patterns over many years on the job.

Often, that knowledge is not fully documented. It lives in handwritten notes, shift conversations, memory, and individual experience. And when those individuals retire, change shifts, move on, or are unavailable, much of that operational knowledge can leave with them.

At the same time, production data, downtime records, maintenance activities, and shift communication are often managed separately across different tools and processes.

This can make it difficult for teams to quickly understand what happened, what actions were taken, what was learned, and how similar issues can be prevented in the future.

That reality became one of the driving motivations behind AdunniTrak.

The platform was designed to help industrial teams move from disconnected operational records to connected operational intelligence — where production, downtime, maintenance, reliability analysis, and shift communication work together as one integrated system.
